NOTE: Hello!  This is a VN with a lot of big guys, BUT this is not focused solely on that. It is a game about an entire planet with tons of moving parts and characters.  There are a few chars who can become larger, but it is a small part of a much larger narrative. There are some other things lovers of big will enjoy too though, and if you are willing to accept that and let the stories run their courses, then read on!
Say you had the chance to do anything you wanted, anything at all — be a hybrid and connect with another hybrid?  Get your dream job or retire, possibly dabble in magic?
However, what if that came at a cost?  What if, in order to make that reality your reality, you had to chip away at who and what you were?  Would it still be worth it?
This is the question posed to you in Spectrum of Hybrids.  Take control of one of five potential main characters, and experience their own personal story of self-discovery, interwoven into a greater plot about a world of hidden magic and large creatures!  Compatible characters can be “mix and matched” for dozens of routes and perspectives.
Spectrum of Hybrids is aptly a hybrid for a genre. Taking place in a contemporary fictional setting with no cars or planes — instead, beasts and monsters — it’s a furry visual novel (FVN) that’s a slice-of-life, gay romance, and adventure title all in one! Guide your main character through their story and choose from multiple romantic options as you experience your story.  Each character has something different going on, and who you bond with may change a few things!  Your nature may have something to do with why you find yourself drawn into this situation to begin with!  (Note: this game does not use affection values, nor does it have much lock-picking, and you can instead experiment and eventually make “the choice”)
This FVN is 18+ only, and contains swearing, mature themes, and suggestive imagery, but aims to be asexual friendly – sexual encounters can theoretically occur (it is up to the player), but do not have art, or explicit descriptions. (You can see adult stories on Discord!)
Additionally, as you may have noticed from the preview art, the game tends to feature larger guys; bara, muscle-gut, and chubs all present and accounted for.  In fact, for a couple — and only a couple — characters/ romances, weight-appreciation and weight gain are potential options.  If you love bellies, you’re in for a treat as this VN strives for detail!  There are indeed details some belly-lovers may enjoy such as burps (which can be toggled off), growls, etc.

NOTE: The stories take their time** setting up. If you are in a hurry, this is not the game for you, or you may optionally wait until further chapter selections are available to jump to the time where some characters become larger. There are other games which cater to your interest if you want speed. This game is aiming for “the long run” with lots of detail and a steady pace.**
We are still in the process of creating the project, and don’t expect it to be complete for a few years, possibly all the way to 2034.  We currently aim to release a new update each month, but update size may vary.  A labor of love by Teh, this is a project that’s been in the works for years and would not be possible without the talents of several wonderful people, as well as feedback from fans.  News will be relayed via social media, as well as on the official Discord.
