Geo’s Quest “In Search of Queen Lorraine” by GWI
This is the completed (finally) version of my Graphic Adventure Geo’s Quest “In Search of Queen Lorraine”. I started this in 2000 only to stop in 2002 as life happened; never to return to it until last year in my retirement.
The game is intentionally created in the early Roberta Williams Sierra Quest low res hand drawn 32 color games. (You read that right – LOW RES BABY!!!) It is part of a 9 chapter (this one has 3 chapters) parody of the Commodore story. Names and facts altered so not to offend or infringe.
It has over 100 hand drawn rooms and close ups, dozens of animations, samples & mods (some mine, some from the Amos PD Library – authors unknown), puzzles to solve and decisions to make. It should challenge your decision making skills.
You will not die in the game if you make a wrong decision, you should be able to complete it in a couple of sittings or so.
The file includes a Game Guide. Please spend a little time to read this before playing for a better playing experience. It provides important information such as how to play the game, and very important memory management information.Requirements: Any Amiga/Emulated Amiga with 2mb chip ram and 2.04> Rom(s) with 18mb free hard drive space.
*\*Have at least 1.5mb Chip Ram Free to play the game*****
Recommended: Any Amiga with 2mb chip ram 2.04>Rom(s) ‘020/greater CPU with 18mb free hard drive space.
Now off to complete the next 3 chapters of the adventures of George Angus in Geo’s Quest, “Gateway to Nowhere”. Coming Soon.
Thanks for playing Geo’s Quest
